Faith
Faith is a necessary ingredient of success. If you don't have faith you are not going to succeed. You need faith in God, faith in yourself, faith in those around you and faith in your abilities to be successful. And it's not going to be easy. Even with faith, with unyielding belief, there are going to be troubles along the way. No person has become successful without facing a bump or two in the road.
"But if Not..."
In the Old Testament, in the Book of Daniel, Chapter 3, Verses 1 - 18, we find the story of Shardrach, Meshach, and Abednego. It is an inspiring story that affirms the faith of three young men who refused to bow and worship a statue that King Nebuchadnezzar had made and had ordered all to worship. Even facing death, all three remained steadfast in their faith.
