Don't Survive - THRIVE!

There's not questioning the fact that times are extremely difficult.  The economy is a little shaky right now and doesn't seem like thing are going to clear up for a little while longer.  We are all facing some tough times and tough decisions.  And most of us, confronted with this bleak economic forecast, are holding up and barely making ends meet.  We are doing just enough to survive - and we are still barely getting by.  So what's the solution?

The solution is to simply stop the madness.  A prominent minister said a few weeks ago that 'there is no recession in Heaven."  Times are always good up there and they should be down here.  It all resides within us.  Why should we survive, when within is the ability for each and everyone of us to thrive?  We have the talents.  ALL OF US.  I know, there are some you out there that are saying that you are really no good at anything.  Well, you probably aren't because you are allowing your thinking to get in the way of your blessing.  The newspapers are full of success stories of folk that were facing desperate situations and instead of giving in, they reached down deep, and found something they were good at and as a result, made millions in the process.  You can too.  But it takes hard work and determination.  Perhaps you have that recipe that is begging to be commercialized.  Or maybe you have the hidden talents of a fashion designer.  Perhaps there is something tucked away in the attic that could bring you riches.  The point is, don't give up.  Times are tough.  Accept it and move on with more important things.  Get on with the business of living and THRIVING.  Don't let the economic times be an excuse for you not being successful.

Don't just survive, THRIVE!
